Wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and mat. All classes on Mondays and Saturdays are held at New Edinburgh Square Banquet Room, 416 McKay Street.

Saturdays - Gentle 9 am (4 classes - $60+HST)
Saturdays - Intermediate 10 am (4 classes - $60+HST)

Mondays - Advanced 6 pm (8 classes - $120+HST)
